Contexte |
L’IADH et l’UNFPA sont partenaires depuis 2015 pour le développement d’approches innovantes dans la promotion des droits sexuels et droits reproductifs/ égalité de genre en Tunisie. Ce partenariat s’inscrit dans la perspective de mise en réseau et de renforcement des capacités de différents acteurs impliqués sur les questions relatives aux Droits Sexuels et Droits Reproductifs. En 2017, l’IADH et l’UNFPA continueront à fournir l’appui aux différents réseaux, identifiés en 2016, pour qu’ils portent le plaidoyer autour des DSDR.
Dans ce contexte, l’IADH, avec l’appui de l’UNFPA, souhaite recruter un consultant junior national pour appuyer la mise en œuvre de ce programme |

Tâches et responsabilités |
· Coordination et organisation des réunions internes et autres événements qui rentrent dans le cadre du projet · Faire le suivi des activités du projet : rédaction de notes conceptuelles, de termes de référence, coordination avec les associations, les acteurs nationaux et les réseaux mis en place, établissement des PV et du reporting de réunions · contribution à la rédaction des différents documents et rapports du projet · Gestion de la documentation établie dans le cadre du projet · Assurer la fluidité des informations entre les différents partenaires et associations impliqués. · Appui aux responsables financiers et programmation du projet dans la mise en œuvre des activités, la gestion administrative du projet et la communication autour des réalisations du projet.

Période et conditions de la consultation |
· Le poste est basé aux locaux à Tunis. · Date de prise de fonction : 13 Mars 2017 · La mission du Consultant s’étendra sur une période de 09 mois à raison de 2.5 jours par semaine (soit 10 jours/mois). Le Consultant sera rémunéré sur une base forfaitaire mensuelle de 600 TND/ mois. |

Le Consultant est soumis à une obligation de rapport de fin de mission qu’il doit soumettre avant le 20 Décembre 2017. |

Suivi / monitoring |
La supervision et la validation du travail seront assurées par la chargée du projet au niveau de l’IADH, en consultation avec l’UNFPA.
Le/La consultant(e) est tenu(e) à une obligation de confidentialité, il/elle ne doit publier ou divulguer aucune information portée à sa connaissance dans le cadre du travail sollicité, à aucune personne non autorisée et sans le consentement écrit préalable.

Qualifications / Expérience |
En plus d’une formation supérieure en sciences sociales, médicales, juridique, ou autre, le (a) consultant(e) doit avoir :
· Une connaissance des Droits Sexuels et Droits Reproductifs · Une connaissance approfondie de la SC Tunisienne · Une connaissance approfondie du contexte national et international lié aux questions de DSDR. · Solides expériences en communication et évènementiels. · Une excellente capacité de rédaction et de synthèse. · Une parfaite maîtrise de l’Arabe, du Français et des outils de communication |

Objective of the position |
|
In close co-operation with the AIHR management and team, you will be in charge of supervising the AIHR project entitled “Containing the death penalty in times of war on terrorism” You will lead the implementation of the project in Tunisia in tight coordination with the partners organizations in the project based in Italy, Egypt and Somalia as well as ensure close cooperation and coordination with relevant staff, researchers, consultants, actors and beneficiaries during all the project preparation, implementation and follow up steps. |

Main tasks |
|
PROJECT COORDINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION: The project manager will: *since the first month, be in charge of the implementation of the specific activities of the project for AIHR in Tunisia, according to the distribution of roles and responsibilities between the four partners in the project. *insure the supervision and coordination of tasks between the AIHR staff dedicated to the project. * be part of the Project's Steering Committee. * organize or participate regularly on the virtual or on-site meetings with the partners, the staff dedicated to the project and with the stakeholders. * be the prominent figure of AIHR within this project having the necessary experience on managing and strategizing projects as well as mobilizing key stakeholders and the human resources qualified for the diverse needs of the this specific project area. |

MONITORING, EVALUATION, ACCOUNTABILITY AND LEARNING (MEAL): The project manager will: * Support in designing and implementing MEAL framework of the project with AIHR partners according to AIHR’s standards and donors requirements. REPORTING: The project manager will: * report regularly on the project progress and insure that the narrative reporting meets the contractual requirements with the donor. *work closely with the financial program officer to ensure that the project financial reporting and management are met in line with donor requirements and AIHR’ policies and procedures. You will also ensure that sound relationships with the donor and project partners at operational level are maintained and developed. * You will supervise proper registration and sharing of the project information and results internally (AIHR) and externally. |

Requirements |
|
The candidate should: * have completed an academic degree in a discipline relevant to the specific areas of the project: Law, human rights law. * have demonstrated a relevant working experience in similar positions in the field in the Middle East and Maghreb region, ideally in Tunisia, and an affinity with international human rights Law and death penalty areas. * have strong experience and knowledge of project cycle management (incl. ensuring budget oversight with support of finance staff). * have excellent oral and writing skills in English, French, and Arabic. * have excellent analytical and social skills and are a team player. * have specific expertise and direct experience working with governmental and/or non-governmental institutions on similar issues. * be familiar with integrating gender issues and using the rights-based approach in programming. * have the ability and readiness to travel throughout Tunisia and in other Arab or European countries when required. |

The Arab Institute for Human Rights (AIHR) is an independent Arab non-governmental organization based in Tunisia having regional liaison offices in Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco and Tunisia offices in Medenine and Bizerte. It was founded in 1989 at the initiative of the Arab Organization for Human Rights, the Arab Lawyers Union, and the Tunisian League for Human Rights and with the support of the United Nations Centre for Human Rights. The AIHR received the UNESCO International Award for Human Rights Education for the year 1992. The AIHR’s Board of Directors is currently composed of the three founding NGOs mentioned above in addition to the UNHCHR, the UNESCO, the UNICEF, the UNDP, the UNHCR and the UNFPA.
The Institute aims to promote a culture of human rights in the Arab region, as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international conventions, through developing human rights education methodologies and tools, organizing capacity building programs, and participating in the institutions and public policies reforms by using the human rights based approach.

L’INSTITUT ARABE DES DROITS DE L’HOMME lance un appel d’offre pour les unités hôtelières à Gammarth, afin d’abriter un séminaire résidentiel de 2 jours, et ce du 20 au 21 Octobre 2016.
Les hôtels devraient déposer leurs offres à l’adresse 2, rue 9 Avril, 1009, Tunis, Tunisie, dans une enveloppe portant le nom de l’hôtel, et ce dans un délai ne dépassant pas le 12 Octobre 2016.

يعلن المعهد العربي لحقوق الإنسان عن فتحه باب الترشّح للتطوّع ضمن أنشطته بتونس. وتشمل هذه الدعوة كلّ التونسيات والتونسيين أو المقيمين بتونس من جنسيّات أخرى والّذين يتراوح عمرهم بين 18 فما فوق الرّاغبين في خدمة حقوق الإنسان والتربية عليها.
وسيتمّ فسح المجال للمتطوّعين المترشّحين لاختيار النشاط الّذين يرغبون في التطوّع ضمنه وفي التاريخ الّذي يناسبهم. كما سيقوم المعهد بتقديم منحة تشجيع رمزية وشهادة شكر لكلّ متطوّع يلتزم بالقيام بمهمّته.
وسيتمّ في مرحلة لاحقة توسيع مجال التطوّع ليشمل مواطنات ومواطني الدول التي يوجد بها فرع للمعهد العربي لحقوق الإنسان وهي مصر ولبنان والمغرب.
وفيما يلي قائمة الأنشطة المتاحة للتطوّع ضمنها:
-الترويج للألبوم الغنائي "يكفي القليل" سواء عبر البيع المباشر أو تنظيم حفلات توقيع له
-المشاركة في ركن المعهد العربي لحقوق الإنسان بمعرض الكتاب الدّولي تحت إشراف إدارة المعهد (مارس 2018)
- اقتراح وتنظيم فعاليات حقوقية في الجهات للتعريف بالمعهد تحت إشراف الإدارة
-المشاركة في التعريف بفضاء "دار السيّدة" والترويج له
- المساعدة في تنظيم أنشطة المعهد المنضوية تحت برامجه
- المساعدة في الإشراف و/أو تنشيط النوادي المخصصة للأطفال والشباب بمقرّ المعهد "دار السيدة"
- المساعدة في التعريف بالمعهد في الجامعات والمعاهد
